AS4 services for AGCS
Since 2015, Applicability Statement 4 (AS4) has been the protocol for document-based data exchange on European gas markets, making Edig@s messages - the most common standard for electronic messaging - more secure and more efficient.
Companies that implement automated communications processes will find that their day-to-day operations are more effective, and it’s also easier for them to follow their trading strategy. So, it’s no surprise that the number of such organizations keeps growing. AGCS Gas Clearing and Settlement AG (AGCS) is another market player that has made the switch, choosing Navitasoft to provide support.
The Austrian gas settlement sector started to use AS4 in their data exchange in May 2022, enabling all the companies that use AS4 to improve their communication and to make their overall operations much easier, cheaper and less risky. Five months later, AS4-CS, our ENTSOG-conforming data exchange tool, went live at AGCS. The launch was a success, and our cooperation with the Austrian company got off to a great start - we look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration.
